Scots betting chief warns further regulation could cost jobs

Ladbrokes Coral boss Jim Mullen has passionately defended the industry he first joined as a teenager, urging politicians to think about the potential impact of further regulation on the industry. He said that with 19,000 employees Ladbrokes was one of the biggest retailers in the UK and warned that calls for further regulation, including a £2 stake cap on gaming machines, would have a devastating economic impact.
